What is order processing time?
Processing Time means the time it takes to prepare your (item)s to ship from our warehouse. It varies from category to category, most of items we ship in 2 - 4 business days. For custom engraved/personalized items order processing time is 3 - 7 business days. If for any item processing time is more than 2 - 4 days then it is mentioned on that product page in detailed description section.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?
Currently we are offering 3 shipping ways, their delivery times are given below:
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping we mostly ship package by either DHL or Postal Express shipping. Delivery time by DHL/Fedex/Special Line is 3 - 6 business days and by EMS is 4 - 11 days.
Standard Shipping: Once package is shipped out it takes 10 - 16 business days for package to arrive depending on your country's postal service and customs clearance speed.
Free Shipping: Once package is shipped out it takes 12 - 20 business days for package to arrive depending on your country's postal service and customs clearance speed.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the order,
For personalized or custom engraved items Order Cancellation request must be sent to service@greatabox.com within 1 hours of placing an order, because once an item is engraved then we are not in a position to cancel an order.
Why I didn’t get a confirmation / shipping email?
After placing an order you should receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.

What should I do with bulk purchases?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
How secure is my online order?

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based in English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter "?" to "c".
How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

Can I return custom engraved/personalized items?
No. We are sorry but we personalize item only for you so we do not offer return/refund for personalized items.
What is your refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
