Photo Guide:
- Ensure we can clearly see their face and nothing is cut off.
- Don't upload low resolution, blurry or pixelated photos.
- Make sure the lighting is good.
- The better the quality photo, the better your socks will be!
We will edit and crop the photo ourselves and use the head only unless otherwise specified in the “notes to seller” section that you want more of the photo included. If you send a photo with more than 1 pet please specify which pet/pets are to be put on the socks and your special requirements.

All Greatabox are personalized, Your orders will be produced within 3-7 days after the order date, some items have longer production days than others, and then we will ship them the way you chose. Custom products need the process of smelting, processing and manually engraving, so it takes time. We will keep updating the information in your email throughout the process.
